Phew I don't like these kind of stories hey. :(

The last time my 1st Stinky Staffy passed away (Helga she was such a caring and talkative (loved to bark :D) stinky dog. :)) I struggled for a bit.

I love all animals especially my own.

Except humans... don't like the animals called humans at times..

Just don't.

When Helga left me I wasn't very happy.

my best childhood friend.

Okay look I know she was like 15 years old and for a Stinky Staffy that is a very good life.

We took her to the vet for a check up and was told she has liver cancer and I couldn't even pick her up anymore without her screaming / squealing a bit. :(

Oh shame I loved Helga very much.

Great memories :)

By the way I was walking on my way to work when I almost stepped on a lizard!

Missed by about less than a few centimeters!

Woooow this guy / gal is waaaay too tame!

I can see she / he has been stepped on before!

I am not surprised though!

There is a bit of a "kink" towards his / her back right leg.

(These lizards are like just about everywhere in SA but I have never seen 1 this tame they are usually very / extremely skittish and run as soon as they see trouble - usually at least.)

This 1 really likes me but I have started to deliberately scare it to remind it that humans are bad news.

He / she is very very tame they are only about a ruler length long or 30cm give or take max I think. I have seen some longish ones before:

This 1 is far too tame.

So I scare it into the bushes for it's own safety now. :)
 
Shes ok. Shes hiding under the bed lol. Dont think she trusts us not to do that again to her. She'l come out when she smells the chicken cookin. She goes mad for chicken. Shes still draggin her legs but i think the pain killer is working :)
 
Is she still wearing the collar? Our black kitty had to wear one once. It made her walk backwards only :rolleyes:
 
Why is the opposite of upside down not downside up? Why do we say right side up? This implies that you would rotate an object in such a way that the right side is in fact facing upward, rather than the bottom side which is actually opposite the top side.

If right is being used to imply "correct", why is the down side (or bottom side) the correct side? Even if it were somehow the correct side in one instance, does not mean it would be in every instance.

In fact, I'd say in most cases, the upside (top) would be the correct side assuming of course you are starting with the top facing upward.

Sorry, just woke up from not enough sleep and have no idea why this is the first thing to pop into my head...

good luck with that one!!! Minions and idiots have a knack for spilling and trashing things and they get to just leave and go home to their clean houses while I am cleaning up after everyone else almost every morning especially this summer!!:mad:

take my advice and dont let your house become the place where people stop over and come to your place because its where they like to hang and be with you and party....even though its understandable...because much like myself,:p:D;)
I'm sure you are fun and personable..and people like to be around you...but still...

Got a new toy... Going to try and be a little bit more active than I have been as of late... The three free minutes I have a day do not condone forum play/responsibility... :thumbdown: Hope all you crazy cats have been holding it down for me!

I took it off. it was just making her life more miserable and shes not the type to nibble at things :)
She still hasnt peed or pood yet though which is a worry. Ive carried her to the tray a few times but she hates being picked up at the best of times so it just freaked her out. She slept with us lastnight but im gona leave her in her own bed tonight and the litter tray nearby.
I tried some of her medicine and it tastes familiar lol it triggered a childhood memory but i cant quite remember what it is. Its really annoying. Maybe i was a cat in my past life :p

I've spent the last 2 hrs hanging with 2 40-something friends who had "try pot" on their bucket lists. They each ate one pot brownie, it took one of them longer than the other to feel the effects, but both ladies are feeling so miserable... I don't understand why anyone would want to do this, on purpose :confused:
 
2nd friend barfed now too... both are basically incapacitated & I'm stuck here watching them & cleaning them up or emptying barf buckets. yeah, this was a stellar idea they had; I just wanted to catch up with friends. "just say no to drugs" lol
