Root [GUIDE] Unbrick OR Unroot LG Motion 4G [KDZ]

Hey guys... I recently rooted my phone and everything was working fine and then i get the security error saying morningcall cannot be verified.. It won't let me go past this screen on startup.

I have followed all of the steps and the phone is on download mode and have done everything right.. but i keep getting this and I dont know how to fix it

If someone could really help me. I would appreciate.. I have been without a phone for the last 3 days and I don't want to buy a new one :(

i'm not exactly sure why your getting this error but make sure you do these things
1:do NOT use usb 3.0 port
2:use the device drivers in the guide
3:make sure you installed msxml.msi from the KDZ_FW_UPD_EN zip
also you could try a different usb cable
and put the phone in download mode before you connect the usb cable.

i can see from your first post what it's doing. maybe try a different usb port and don't use a usb hub. have you rebooted since installing drivers etc...?
 
you should check the device manager and make sure it installing the correct driver and not some generic driver. mine says "LGE AndroidNet USB Serial Port (com4)" under ports (com & lpt). are you sure you installed msxml.msi?

I think my computer is not detecting the driver for some reason I dont really know..my other option would just be to buy a new phone
 
it would be under "ports" it's not installing the driver correctly hence the yellow triangle. try reinstalling the drivers. right click the usb composite device and click uninstall. then reinstall the drivers.
 
also, you have a usb 3.0 port. from what i understand it doesn't work on usb 3.0 so you need to make sure the port you using is not usb 3.0

You wait 10 minutes. Even if it freezes and doesn't respond, you wait at least minutes. If still not working:
1) did you install drivers?
2) if yes, does anything say unknown under device manager?
3) if yes to 2, press the button that says when you hover over it "scan for hardware changes, and it should install the correct driver. If not, give me a time available I can teamview you (bcuz at this point, u seem like you've screwed something up with Windows or the owner did). Download team viewer @ teamviewer.com
 
Soooooooo glad about the little comment from Sepero at the bottom. I got stuck in a bootloop cuz I was stupid. Wouldn't be much of a problem, except I'm on a Mac, so I gotta get trials of VMware & Windows to run the unbrick. I already tried to start while holding vol down, just kept looping. Pulled battery while everything downloaded (5-10 min), tried vol down + power again, worked fine. Saved me at least an hour of trial and error.
 
Somehow i got stuck in a bootloop, so went to unbrick. the program starts flashing then reboots into a loop. my laptop doesnt show it registering either. anybody had this happen?

edit just realized it start flashing at param 4 when reboots into loop wants to flash param 1 but is stuck

Edit again, hhmmmmm, had the loki kernel by Gametheory, i was flashing firmware c, maybe i need to flash firmware f
 
Hello, Sadly i'm still stuck at getting the phone to emergency mode. "Hold Power+Volume Up+Volume Down" Doesn't work for me... It just vibrate's every 2 secs.. one vibrate at a time and when i finally let go. I get the "Security Error Morning call cannot be verified".
Someone please help. Thanks!

Remove battery, press power button for a few seconds. Insert battery, hold volume up and down and power.
