Every time I try to set one of these images as a wallpaper, it wants to crop a small area. How can I set the entire image?

That's because the pictures need to have certain dimensions. If you'll notice when you swipe left or right to another screen, the picture moves as well. If you want to use a picture as a wallpaper, it has to have the 960 by 800 resolution so that it covers all 7 screens.

All I did was resize + sharpen the image a bit, if you want something different or more tweaking (not sure if the entire 'HTC' will fit on a screen or look the way you want) just let me know and I will see what I can do.

Any way at all that anyone who is photoshop savvy could possibly switch the H and the T so it reads THC?

there is a live wallpaper called digital rain JUST like this and its amazing but its green and you cant change the color. I actually tried to change the png colors and resign the apk.. but i failed miserably. If anybody can take a stab at it that would be awesome

ShakeThemAll is pretty awesome. Hasn't been draining my battery too much. Might depend on how you set it up though.

Okay, I'm confused... I have downloaded a bunch of these 960x800 wallpapers.. and when I go to set them, it makes me "pick" an area w the green box. I just left it in the middle and clicked save... but there is DEFINITELY noticeable cut off above and below the image, like the image was too big.

What am I doing wrong? Im definitely using some of the pics you guys have posted here at the 960x800 res

I've hated the stupid crop box since I started using Android a while back. Try an app called Wallpaper Set and Save which lets you set the whole picture as the wallpaper without cropping. All you have to do is set up which folder to look for files in on your SD.

Everytime I set wallpaper it's blurry, please help! These are the streps I've taken:

Google Image > Copy URL > Upload URL image to my photobucket > Download image to my Droid Incredible (via photo bucket mobile) > Crop Image > set as wallpaper.

I even crop the photo on my phone and it doesn't fit my screen!

The original photo image is probably too small and once it increases it to fit on the screen, it gets blurry.

*edit* Can someone tell me how to just attach the pictures as thumbs instead of the full size photo?

Thanks for the response... how can you do that though - when I go to set the wallpaper it forces you to use that green box and automatically makes it the 960x800?
