None of that stuff has anything to do with rooting this phone. That thread has the appropriate stuff, but no instructions. I suppose I could help you through Team Viewer, if you get this. First, I want you to do the following:

1- Uninstall any phone related drivers from any phone.
2- Reboot the computer
3- Download the stuff in Step 1 of this thread:

4- Install the LG Drivers
5- Reboot the computer again

Did all that the only issue I am having is getting LS740ZV3_17.33030_Secure.zip to download. MD5 went to install directly on the phone from good play store for e some reason instead of the computer
