Yes, it will work. I have to warn you though, the camera doesn't work.This is the same phone as the LG Tribute on VM right? Like.. would I be able to flash this rom?
I've already got root and a backup made.

There's a specific version for vm variant just click on my androidfilehost account and find generic devices then ls660

I installed cm12 today and decided I would sacrifice the camera to stop using the LG UI and its lag. However I installed titanium backup to remove the system apps I find worthless and the gapps I don't use (Google play news, games, music, hangouts etc) but they didn't delete. I rebooted and they were all back. I don't want them why didn't they uninstall?

There could be a issue with hardware acceleration causing the camera not to work i havent been able to try and get video but try video drivers from a similar phone and I believe there's a broken link to the camera invisiblek from cm developing for the g3 in his github check out camera.h there might be a broken link on the f60 camera.h witch links the camera to Hal

They messed with the camera header between camera HAL simple add the same camera.h in your tree and the camera will start working on the next build

I already tried that didn't work. I looked in ida that doesn't exist in our HAL

Yeah, cm-12.1 builds don't have network.

Well what build of cm for the LG F60 has the network working? I was using a cm12 build the other day till I switched to a different rom for this phone.

Can we get a dmesg gfxinfo and logcat from both stock and cm could compare the two and see how things are talking to each other

Any news update on if this idea is going anywhere? Pretty stoked someone is still working on this rom. I had 5.0 lollipoop rom when it dropped and the cam wasnt an issue until it hit me how much I actually wanted to use it. I went back to kk 4.4.2 and its just not the same.. If I wanted kk 4.4.2 I could have stayed with my m953.. Sign me up for beta testing.

For some reason after installing CM12, I'm unable to lock my screen. It just turns back on.

Typical.. I shall go to metro demand a newer phone and throw a tantrum, kick, scream, cry, and lob things around the store until 1 of 2 things happens. I get my way and they exchange my upgrade from 2 weeks ago, (highly pref) or... Cops come and they box me up, take me off the supported list and I end up with that old fat Nokia we all had at one point but its name will be Big John. We will become extremely close at some point. He wont be a good friend to me, its more of a "Hostage" relationship above all. But hey, at least I would be taking a 50/50 risk. Ill let you know how it turns out.

I just want an up to date(ish) phone for once.... Probably end up with Brain Cancer from this damn phone.. Possible I already developed some from the looks of this post... I really hope someone got a chuckle out of it. Then I can go on knowing I changed someones life.
