If you ordered online do what GreatGoo said.
However If you ordered in store you can call the store and they can tell you what the order status is.
Ordered online on 5/8, still nothing. My buddy ordered his in store 5/7 and received on 5/12 (same area). Getting a little annoyed. Of course his was a new contract and mine is a upgrade, so maybe he got preferential treatment?
I have had a crazy experience. I ordered the dinc in the Verizon store on 5/8. I was told by a CS rep that the phone wouldn't arrive till 5/12. Didn't come on 5/12. I called CS and rep said it was stolen in the mailing process and they need to resend a new one. Reimbursed for the my case and screen projector for the trouble and I was told the phone would arrive on 5/14. Phone didn't arrive on 5/14. Called CS again, there was some big mix-up in my order that the rep and I went through together (long story). Any who, I'm getting the phone for free!
Currently my order is processed and awaiting shipment. They are using the 5/12 date, not the 5/8 date for my purchase.
I'm hoping it ships tomorrow, but I'm trying to stay calm considering it's now free. Still really excited to get it though.
Ordered on : May 10th (from a corporate owned Verizon Wireless store)
Expected date : May 26th then moved to May 29th
Order Status : Still being processed ... call Verizon Friday(5.14.10) still no updateshope to get it sometime this week.
I ordered my Incredible in store on Sunday 5/9.
UPDATE: just spoke to a very friendly CSR at verizon. My phone shipped on Friday and she gave me the tracking number. it will be here tomorrow! But I never received an email with the tracking number.

Just wondering, what part of the country you are in? I'm in Louisville, KY - I wonder if geography has anything to do with it? I ordered mine in-store on the 8th and was told that I should get it by the 15th. I haven't gotten an email yet either. Since people who ordered their phones after me are already receiving them I'm starting to wonder if Verizon screwed something up.
