Date you ordered and received the phone vs. "will ship by" date

Goto the Verizon wireless website and log-in. There is a order status option on the home page once you log-in.

If you ordered at the store you will only be able to see the status once it is mailed.

By the way, GO GREEN!
 
ordered online on the 9th, ship date said 5/28 i believe.

Since Friday the website has said i should receive my order in 2-3 business days.

Don't want to wait any longer.
 
Ordered online on 5/8, still nothing. My buddy ordered his in store 5/7 and received on 5/12 (same area). Getting a little annoyed. Of course his was a new contract and mine is a upgrade, so maybe he got preferential treatment?

I doubt it. I too upgraded on the 8th but I got mine on the 13th. I think it all depends on the area.
 
I ordered mine on the 10th, it is now the 17th if it is not here before noon, I'm gonna be upset. The lady on the phone told me it was in stock when i ordered it.
 
Ordered mine through Verizon upgrade program, ordered May 5th, arrived May 7th. VZW must have either kept some stock aside for existing customers/upgrades or I just got lucky and hit a window of in-stock.

Ordered a while back they said it would be shipping out for like two weeks but i used a free overnt coupon code and got it the next day before 3 with free shipping.
 
I ordered mine online 5/11. I got an email saying that my order was processed, and I would receive my order in 2-3 business days. I didn't get any tracking information, so I called Verizon to ask. They said that the email is sent automatically so disregard it, and that I'd probably receive my phone by the 29th, if not sooner.
This morning, Verizon sent me an email saying that there are more shipping delays, so my shipping date was pushed back to the 31st.
I feel like a crazy person - I keep checking my email for tracking info. It's getting out of control!
 
I ordered 5/13 in a store in middle Georgia.

Called the store today (5/17) hoping it might have shipped but it hasn't. They told me tentative ship date is 6/1 but I don't really believe that.
 
I ordered online through verizon on 5/9 and still haven't received any confirmation for shipping or anything other than the standard "Your order has processed..." Really hoping that this is the week, since a lot of people who ordered the same day as me seem to have at least gotten shipping already.
 
Ordered: May 14th in Corporate Owned Verizon store in Chicago

Told it would be shipped by June 3rd - though reps in the store said most people were getting their phone in about 5 business days.

Will call later today to check on if it has been shipped. I hate that I have to bug them but THEMS THE BREAKS.

I ordered my Incredible in store on Sunday 5/9. The disheveled looking employee told me it would be here on Friday, 5/14. No problem I thought.

Well, it's now 5/17 and not even a shipping notice.


Not cool.

UPDATE: just spoke to a very friendly CSR at verizon. My phone shipped on Friday and she gave me the tracking number. it will be here tomorrow! But I never received an email with the tracking number.

Just wondering, what part of the country you are in? I'm in Louisville, KY - I wonder if geography has anything to do with it? I ordered mine in-store on the 8th and was told that I should get it by the 15th. I haven't gotten an email yet either. Since people who ordered their phones after me are already receiving them I'm starting to wonder if Verizon screwed something up.

I'm hoping it'll come this week, but odds probably aren't great.

I've got this big list of apps I want to install and been doing so much reading on the forums. I'm all set to go.
 
My wife and I are literally DYING to get our Incredibles. We check the email every 30 minutes or so to see if we got a shipping notification from Big Red. We've seen a couple FEDEX trucks in our apartment complex but each time it was for someone else lol...Talk about being excited then seeing him go to a neighbors apt. What a buzz kill haha

Yea, I called Friday the 14th there was no news and when I called today same thing no updates... csr told me probably wont see it till the 28th or something which is really a bummer since I currently have a P.O.S. :mad: Samsung i760 that is falling apart.. we will see though...

I'm out in CT. My phone is coming from PA according to FedEx.

If you ordered in store the website has no info, you have to call them and find out. It's worth a shot!
