Forums for Android™

When clicking on photos, most of them do not come to the forefront to view, they just stay small. Only ones that absolutely work are those that say "view attachment".
Edit : I tried to add a screenshot but it said server error..

I'm finding out that I don't have that many interests.. EEEK my timeline is full of a whole lotta nothing! No one is posting in the threads I chose to follow.. Bummer

Interesting idea. I think that once we get filtering setup and you can easily sort by popularity, users, etc... this may help. Anything else would be manual moderation of some sort to separate those... even if it would be adding an extra year column in our channel table to filter/sort by. Will put more thought into this.

This isn't the issue. The issues is the forum/channel ...
Motorola Droid
... that is a real device and the words are the first two words ion MANY forum/channel names.

I gave the old solution.

The member-after-member who have made this error in the past are simply not aware that the Motorola Droid is an actual device.

Calling the forum/channel "Motorola Droid (2009)" might be the solution here. It would solve the accidental string matching problem.

I also had problems adding a screenshot. It inserted them, but then they were not there once I hit "post".

Holy speedboost Batman!!! Refresh seems to be working and the loading and scrolling response is great.

A filter for the timeline would be great. I don't want to see any of the off topic stuff.

This is one of the next features on the list!

Any word on getting conversations in there somewhere?

Yeah, I plan on adding conversations to the app. I have some features before conversations that need done, but I have been already thinking about it. Since they are just messages back and forth and we have notifications... I was actually thinking that setting it up as a chat, more like an instant message would be neat.

Just thinking out loud here...

Maybe it's different on the backend, but they act a whole lot like threads from my perspective, as they have the ability to edit, quote, etc. If setting up like chat didn't work, I was thinking either a fourth tab or a mock favorite channel so it shows up as a favorite even if you don't select it. I'm just spitballing and you've done well with design so far, so don't put to much weight in my thoughts.

They are pretty much the same as threads/posts in the backend..

Old forum layout....much much better and easier to follow. The new layout....less than spectacular.

Curious if anyone that was signed in with the app, had to sign back in. Could be a bug with refresh tokens that I'm keeping an eye on.

My Foxfi hotpot cannot be turn on if I am also connected to a wifi. It seems to be working only with your data plan. I will be on a cruise ship without VZ signal.
