thats exactly how i feel, im on leakv3 and ive come to the conclusion that i might not get the official OTA, but i still have some hope that vz is planning on getting the 1.5 user updated than work on the leakers, alas only verizon powers that be know exactly whats going on

I got the V3 Leak. Lets hope this is fun. I am going to call Verizon about the silent call issue tomorrow.
On a side note, does anyone else have issues with accidentally hitting soft keys more often with the 2.1 flavor software than the 1.5.

Might as well do it if you're on v1 or v2. Everyone recommends doing a factory reset after the OTA anyway, so you might as well do a flash of v3 since either way you lose your settings and have to reinstall apps.

i just checked out the vzwsupport twitter page and there seems to be some solid claims that leakers will be recieving the ota in a few days. That is enough for me for now. My v3 leak issues ( 50% without signal) problems seemed to have fixed themselves after a while. I would still like to get the official for any last fixes and features (friend stream).
I have seen some interesting issues in the ota. I haven't looked at the page regarding the ota bugs but a friend of mine with the ota had only 2 options for htc widgets. I had her check for additional widgets and she was able to download the usual 5 or 6 but she only had 2 options for htc widgets in the main widget area. I thought that was rather weird but oh well.
Bring on the ota VZW. You owe it to all the leakers who helped make this official OTA release happen. I know you look at this forums.

Was it the system update or an app update?
You can try the *#*#checkin#*#* option.
type that in, DO NOT SEND/CALL, it will do "check-in" automatically and check for any available updates. I get app update notifications all the time, if you clear it, the notification will go away but will return after you do the checkin function.

You can also go to menu>settings>about phone>system updates and see if it's there.

living in nj. got the ota last night. everything went fine. had to delete several apps for memory but phone seems to work better as far as response and I love having navigator
