Date you ordered and received the phone vs. "will ship by" date

I ordered in store on 5/13 and haven't gotten anything yet but I don't think anyone who has ordered later than 5/10 have been getting anything.

I know that, but I also know they are very slow in servicing and handling warranty replacements can take weeks even if they tell you it will take days. I've had issues, my friends have has issues, everyone has issues. haha.

Its really not worth it getting it from any third party retailer as most of them have issues.

My friend got a phone from best buy mobile last summer. The screen broke and they took 1 month to fix it! My friend literally didn't have a phone for an entire month.
 
I ordered mine over the phone on 5/18 and had it billed to my Verizon account. Never got a deliver by date, haven't gotten an email of any kind confirming my order. But I can see that I will be waiting awhile. I have gotten 4 emails saying my order was canceled which resulted in a frantic call to a CSR, to which they calmed my frazzled nerves and assured me it most certainly was not canceled. My question is this... When you order over the phone, is that processed the same way as an order at the store or online? Every time I call (see the above cancel emails) they ask if it has been paid for, and I tell them it is supposed to be billed to the account and they see it and all is well. So will my order be processed the same as people that ordered instore and online? I live in Ohio btw.
 
Looking forward to new shipping reports tomorrow. I'm a 5/13 order and I'll be pretty frustrated (not update) if I don't have it for the long holiday weekend (since there won't be deliveries sat, sun or mon). Probably 50/50, at best, that I get it by Friday, but I'm hoping.

I ordered online. He tried to say He couldn't cancel it but i told him because it hadn't shipped yet. it could be canceled.
 
Ordered 5/9 here, was told it would be shipped by 5/26. Haven't heard anything yet. (Southern California)
 
I have a feeling that I get a shipping confirmation tomorrow (Tuesday). My order is May 12th. Call me crazy.

I think the Tuesday or Wednesday after the three day weekend will be the big day for us May 13th orderers.
 
I ordered mine on friday May 21st... they told me it would ship on June 11th here in detroit. I am hoping it comes in today.
 
Ordered mine yesterday 5/23 and said it would be back ordered until June 15th. not holding my breath. Although, I cannot wait to get ride of this BB Storm.
 
Could those who have received the phones - or at least received shipping info - possibly check their Fedex labels (or shipping notice email/tracking info) and see what was used as a "reference" number?

I've tried the "Track by Reference" option with Fedex and used my Order Number, but that has failed so far... LOL.
 
Ordered 5/10 (5/11 Processing). No Shipping info as of yet. Any other 5/11ers get their notice?

I am located in Elkton Maryland

Hmmmmmm....good question! Uhhh...Where to begin...

Take my toner cartridge out of my laser printer on my desk, pop it open, and tar and feather myself with paper shreddings and printer toner?
