What form of protection d you use for your hero (if any)?

Hi,

Silicone rubber, I've dropped mine from approx. 4ft onto concrete, it bounced,no damage, it also came with two screen protectors, [PET] glad I fitted one as it's now scratched, both came together off EBay about

Slipcase, v cheap but does the job of protection from scratches. Also v easy to get in and out so no faffing about when there's a call/text/email etc

No protection, but in a pocket on its own. Keys, money, card holder on the other side!

I believe I'm choosing flexi-shield as the snap together type hard cases. Picked up a cheap rubberized one on Amazon for $8.

Flexishield...hardwearing, cheap, choose from loads of colours, does the job and looks good

Mine has a cozy place in a leather pouch and also had put a screen protector.
Leather pouch - 20 SGD
Screen protector - 10 SGD

Thanks for the comments, I personally am not using anything but a screen protector but a flexishield (ebay ripoff!) is on its way so I'll let you all know what its like!

I want one which holds the phone vertically, with a belt clip (not loop).

Direct from the manufacturer here. It was shipped to the UK in five days, very well packaged. Quality is excellent; it's a perfect fit and all slots/cutouts align exactly with the handset.

Link didnt work for me, but I got my cheap flexishield rip off today and its good!
I don't like the shinyness of it but I think the real flexishield also has the same kind of shine. Reccomended it for less than

Apologies.... the link I copied was the Chinese page, although for some reason I was viewing it in English. I've corrected the mistake.

Nothing other than a screen protector. Since that distorts the view of the screen very slightly in places (probably because I was a bit careless when I put it on) I'm not sure it was a good idea. When I think how resistant to scratches my glasses (spectacles) are I wonder whether a screen protector isn't a bit OTT. Presumably the Hero screen is similarly scratch-resistant.
