Ok, finally got around to installing ADW launcher and I love it. Only 5 home screens now - I don't feel the need to fill everything up with clutter.

How did you get the shortcuts in the bottom dock like that? I have been trying for like an hour!

I am using ADW, and still can't figure it out.

Drag an icon onto the bar like you would if you were going to delete it, but instead just put it on the bar.

Where did you get these icons? Where can I get high res-icons in general? All of the Better Cut icons are 48 x 48 which is too small for the EVO screen! I know you mentioned gradience before, but I don't think that's it because all of those icons are much lower-res than the one's you have been posting.
