I just recently disconnected hot spot with sprint and joined the cool people and got Wifi at my house. My problem is when i leave my house I turn off the Wifi, but the Wifi keeps automatically turning back on. How do I fix this?

From all of the Youtube videos I've seen they all show a scrolling settings bar. I only have 5 on mine. How can I add to the menu ? Even the S3 had scrolling left and right with the drop down settings menu at Sprint.
