I plugged in the hdmi cable and the power source then hooked it up to my phone, it doesnt mirror though, do I need to enter an app or some kind of mode to have it mirror? Thanks!

Put in a wintec 16GB class 10 a few months ago,everything has been normal, then about a week ago, I lost all the info on my sd card and didnt even realize it until I went to look at some pics, somehow it formatted itself without me knowing.... So I was like ok, i'll just assume that was a fluke...

This has happened to me before, but usually my pics for my contacts come back after a little bit. But after flashing MIUI I have noticed that my contact pics are not there, I did do the caulkins format all wipe before installing, I'm sure it's something easy but why arent my contact pics coming...
