I just installed the latest CyanogenMod 7 and everything seems to have installed just fine and it runs fine, but with one little issue....I seem to be missing the Market app ... anyone have any clue how I can fix this?

Is there anything out there that can connect my phone to a TV via MicroUSB to HDMI (or something else) through which I can stream from phone to TV. I think there is a cable that goes from headphone jack to TV?
