i have been trying to flash r3charged rom but it keeps freezing up did 3x wipe on cache dalvik and data and still freezes should i do a wipe all userdata/factory reset? and then re flash the rom?

just curious as to i am just coming back to being a rooted user and saw swagged out and r3charged rom really liking the r3charged one . my biggest fear tho is features not working like voicemail,visual voicemail, dialer stuff like that and the battery life of course if anyone can help me out...

need help got miui rom been liking it so far but unfortunatly i just figured out voicemail does not work period on this rom and idk how to fix this anyone help pls?
