Where can I find the latest stock Evo ROM? My phone is rooted and running a custom ROM but I want to go back to stock for a little bit. Not sure if it matters but I'm on HW v003. I don't want something that's going to unroot my phone or anything.

What kind of transfer speeds are you guys getting via USB to the Evo? I'm only getting 2mb/s avg but it'll start off at like 8mb/s then drop down to 2mb/s and while the files are transferring, the status bar will be pretty jerky for the lack of a better term. Is this normal?
