im trying to unroot my phone so i can bring it in for service. the problem im having is im trying to download PC36IMG_SuperSonic_GB_Sprint_WWE_4.54.651.1_Radio_ 2.15.00.0808_NV_2.15_release_220182_signed but i cant get it to download. the screen never shows up. any help ?

ok i give up with this damn phone. over the past 3 months my phone reboots every day or every other. when it reboots it just sits on the load screen til i pull the battery and reboot it again. no matter what rom and kernal i run its the same thing. i have no clue what is causing this and its on...

ok so my brother broke his phone which is rooted for him. i would have no problem unrooting it except he broke his screen. so since the screen is just nothing but black i have no clue what hboot version he has and have no clue how to return this phone to stock. appreciate any help :confused:

ok so i rooted my friends phone with unrevoked and added amon ra and put on koni's elite 3 whenever he reboots it gets stuck on the htc evo screen. wth could be causing this
