In the US, I have a navigation program where you can download the maps by state. That makes you independent of the WiFi during the trip. I am looking for such a program for Europe where I can download maps for at least Germany and France. Any suggestions.

Is it possible to associate a certain filetype to a specific program. E.g. associate .gif with a browser or .png with a specific picture viewer. Alternatively I could not find how to 'Open with" a file. When you long press the file, you do not get this option and I have found no other way either.

I bought this very nice Motorola keyboard with a trackpad. This thing works very nice except for the cursor which moves very slowly when operated with the trackpad. Does anybody know of a setting in the N7 (like in Windows) where one can change the speed of a trackpad.
