Have any of you had the issue of Wi-Fi coming on randomly by itself? I never use Wi-Fi I want it to stay off and I turn it off. But it always manages to turn back on by itself.

When I'm texting, my Kyocera Rise has started backing out of the text message screen while I'm still using it. It will go back to the list of all messages, then back to the home screen, cutting me off during use. I have tried clearing the caches, rebooting the phone, taking the battery out, etc...
