My phone is seriously getting worse and worse everyday. I rooted it with the one click root a while ago and installed the SteelDroid ROM. I want completely reset my phone and unroot it so I can take it back. Any help?

Hi; How do I save contacts to sd card(or even sim) and not Google or backup assistant. I am not on Ver. so B.U. Ass. does not work and I don't trust Google. My old phone(HTC) had a setting for this but D3 does not or I cant find it. TIA
