samsung galaxy centura

Can somebody tell me how to move my apps n pics to my sd card instead of having them on my internal memory? Any tips or suggestions arw appreciated. Im using a samsung galaxy centura running android 4.0

My Centura came with a Samsung "Allshre" app preinstalled. I inadvertently deleted it and can't find it in the Play Store or anywhere else. Anyone have any idea how I can get the Allshare app?

Is there a way to set up a shortcut for frequent texting some contacts?

I have android ICS and when I go into system settings it s says 102mb pictures and videos under internal storage. I have no videos but when I touch
