That is always there Jazz. Sorry to dissapoint ya. I always check the running apps and that 1 has been running since I got the phone 2 weeks ago.

My best guess is that it is a process that Huawei uses on the Metro phones so they can send us the updates. It is a start up process and runs whenever the phone is on. It is probably how the Metro users SD update screen got changed recently. It is done by Huawei. It will always be running for our phones. I suggest you tell the user on the other post to unplug his phone from the charger and relax. We will know when the time comes.

depends where in chicago lol i did mine a few days ago at home in the humboldt park area and it sucked I did one downtown a few minutes ago and I had almost the same numbers haha
Are you guys using the app or the mobilespeedtest.net website. I have gotten unrealistic results from the website.

I've been using the app,results have been fairly consistent.The app does'nt always default to the same server each time that I open up the app.Gotta go to settings & reset to make sure I'm looking @ the same server each time I open the app & run the test.

I'm using speedtest.net.
It's great and I think the numbers I'm getting are probably pretty accurate. I'm 8 miles from the server.
