Root 3.5 quick launch?

I'm running miks3.5 Rom, no matter how many flashes or wipes the quick launch has blank icons, I posted a screen shot in the thread here. Is there any way to download and install quick launch separately? Or even on mik2.5?

not sure gonna about your issue. you tried to wipe dalvik cache and cache correct? i have not flashed this rom yet. but there is a new beta that just came out beta 6. downloading it now. will report back on the launcher.
 
Do you by chance know what is fixed in v6? Hoping they switched it over to a sprint prl with this update as well. Please report back, much appreciated.

well here is the changelog:

odex
fixed signal bars to 6
fixed 3g icon to be like sprints (thanks debron)
cleaned out a lot of stuff
browser now has more settings options
a lot of widgets and apps are made uninstallable
dalvik is on cache by def
updated all market apps
updated market
there is more... ill post the more complete one later on... bottom line... more speed, more free space, more free ram.


two of my downloads were bad for whatever reason. making a nandroid backup now and about to flash it.
 
I went back to mik3d til all the kinks are worked out, mainly the prl. Does anyone know if it is possible to install the widget in 3.0? Could someone post a copy of the quick launch apk so I could give it a try?
 
it is in the link provided above. not sure that it will work though as this is meant for sense 3.5 and not sense 3.0. but you can try it and let us know if it works for you. of course make a nandroid backup first.
 
Tried flashing that over mik3d, nothing happened. Extracted it and installed the widget and fusion manually and the quick launch showed in widget launch and preview but fc every time i tried to use it. I'm sure someone who knew more of what they were doing could make it work.
 
The quick launch mod is for a deodex rom, both Mik3D and Supersonic 3D v.6 are odex. Until someone makes the mod odexed then it probaly won't work on these roms
