Root 342 probs?

yeah, i think they all tend to slow down a bit after some time....
but im guessing the same; a well developed 342 rom should be pretty sweet.

I will say 3.4.2 is smoother and more responsive than ApeX, especially when trying to add widgets.

So far still no issues with this. Had a few times that it would drop to 1x then I did the *22899 and I have not seen it drop to 1x at all. Even before in my office I would see it drop once or twice a day for a few moments. I used the camera and camcorder this weekend and both of them turned out as good as they had before. Phone seems to be really snappy, like running a custom rom.

That is the only thing I miss is a custom rom, just knowing how much some of these developers improved what we had before I can't wait to see what they can do to this build.

Just found what seems to be an issue with the market. When I go online to the android market or on my phone I will find apps that say they are 2.2 and up, but it will not allow me to install it and then when I go to the market on my phone and search it will not find it as well. Just an example of one I was trying as a test was the BBC Player. My android version says 2.2.1 so I am not sure why this would be an issue.

May be the known issue where you have to use the old build.prop to get swype and some market stuff working. I posted a link in the other thread to the one I used.

Thanks for the link, I did this, but it did not help, still not showing some of the apps. The big one I was trying to get was the ESPN Bracket Bound 2011. I really don't want to go back to the previous version just to see if it will work then. Thanks
