Help 3g not connecting.

Hi.

I am in the UK and on the 3 Network. I have no 3g today. I have turned Mobile Data on and off several times, restarted the phone, rejoined the network and despite all this I don
 
This could be a network issue.

Have you tried calling your carrier to see if there is any outages or tower problems in your area.

There is a major nationwide outage. Twitter is your friend at times like this @Threeuk @Threeuksupport.
 
i actualy just woke up to no data but a reboot restored it so i take it its fixed :)
Wonder if we'l get compensation :)
 
Got mine back about an hour ago. It dropped out last night, and my broadband wasn't working either. No Internet - I didn't know what to do with myself :p
 
Yes, big announcement on Yahoo today, problems all over the nation. But we'll still pay our full monthly subscription. Don't you just love monopolies - they've got us by the short-n'-curlies.

No-one can promise 100% uptime ;) Hardware breaks, the weather brings down masts, sometimes it's totally out of their control. This is the first major outage I've had on Three in 9 years.

Incidentally, my 3G is down again :(
 
Mines ok CD mate.. ill expect an outage coming my way.
Yeah youre right. Before 3, i was on GiffGaff for a couple of years. They use o2's infrastructure and aparently o2 is the most satisfactory network in the UK. remember that huge total outage o2 had last year lol and they gave their customers some pathetic compensation that i cant even remember?
I completely ADORE 3!! Especialy when i read about these US carriers.
My whole house's internet comes via my
 
Mine has been downloading at about 1MB/s today so not too bad. They still seem to be having intermittent issues though, hopefully it'll be back up to normal soon :)
 
I usually get around 8Mb/s, lastnight it dropped to 1, today speedtest wont even find a server lol
Yeah ive noticed in the past with 3, whenever they do any kinda maintenance on something, the speeds end up faster than ever so heres hoping mate :)

Hmmm yeah mine had dropped too. Upload is faster than download :/

Id swap a terabit data connection for a nice big set of all-american teeth and a pool to clean em in lol :D
