50% Off Extended Battery

Same here, called to check up on my order and he couldn't find it. Told him that I didn't order it under my account because it was giving me 25% off instead of 50 so I did it without logging in. He really tried hard and he said he can't find anything and just to wait a day or two more and see if it arrives by than. Appreantly he said my order number had one too many digits.
 
My 2 ext batteries arrived today. 1 for me, 1 for my mom. They both were about 75% charged when we got them.

Hopefully this battery will give me enough extra time. Even though it made it through a day before...
 
Ordered on the 16th, still nothing here yet. I also get an error when trying to check the order number on the website.
 
are there any chargers i can drop the actual battery into it and charge? I think my plan will be to swap batteries before i leave work each dag(even though its starting to look like i wont need to!, the battery life is improving greatly!)

It'll be delivered tomorrow i bet. Same happened to me and shipping# says tomorrow
 
Got the error message on the website also. I ordered my battery online Friday. I also never got a shipping email.

After 40 minutes on the phone today I was credited $25 to my account without asking. Then I was transferred to e sales and they emailed me the tracking number.

It will be here tomorrow. And now it was free!!!! :)

yep thats exactly what they told me... the order # had one too many digits...

the guy i spoke to today used a different search using my name and city/state... he could find my order for my phone but that was it.

i declared it a wash and consider the order lost... i was never charged for it... i placed another order today and got the same discount. i received the order confirmation email (which is the same # of digits as the previous) but this time the tracking worked IMMEDIATELY... no problems... no issues.

my only theory right now is that you have to place the order while logged into your VZW account. if you aren't logged in i think it gets confused... that is my theory... we'll see if I get two batteries delivered but i doubt it.

Part of this is incorrect. On the original the cover is slightly bowed in under the camera lens opening. On the extended battery cover it is slightly bowed out under the camera opening. That's the difference.
 
Anyone else having trouble tracking your order via VZW's website?

I ordered on Saturday, got the confirm email, but every single time I try to check on the status, I get a screen that says

"Page is not currently available" :(

I just ninja'd myself... as the receiving department literally just dropped a box on my desk from VZW.. :D

Also, the case that it came with fits 100% more snug than the one that came w/ it when I bought it. Physically, they look identical but i could not get the original to fit properly. The one that came w/ the extended battery fit perfect, the first time, and no hump what so ever.

Very happy.. giving this baby a full charge w/ phone off.
 
LOL, poor FedEx employees overworked this time of year.

My extended battery came to town (Phoenix, AZ) yesterday afternoon, then went back to California late last night, and this morning is back in town (Tempe, AZ). Probably got left on the truck or placed back on by mistake yesterday. Looks like I will have to wait another day, no problem, mistakes happen and I am not mad.

Does the whole calibration thing start from scratch with the extended? Or does it just need to get a feel for the added MA
 
My local Verizon on launch day said Gnex's battery wasn't 50% off even though every other one was. Yesterday, I called in and they said they were indeed 50% off now. However, they raised the price from $50 to $60. $30 is still a good deal, but I couldn't bring myself to buy it when they jack the price for no reason. Ordered online for $26 shipped. Hopefully this'll add a couple more hours.
 
$30 is much more of a standard price for a battery anyways.

But that's very verizon to say "this thing really costs $60, but we're giving you 50% off -- special price, just for you!" ;)
 
Ordered one at 50% off two days ago, right before others were told it was out of stock. Now I got an e-mail saying the shipping will be delayed, but apparently im still in the queue for one.
