i dont have the netflix installed on my phone still .. does this mean im shit out of luck ... ?? lol

For now, I'd say yeah, as Netflix doesn't show up in my Android Market. I would hope they would unlock it in the Market sometime really soon.
 
I haven't had any issues I've noticed up until now. When I started to type this message I went from portrait to landscape view and as long as the keyboard is up, half the screen is black. But I haven't had any of the other problems listed

"My voicemail icon won't go away in the notification bar." I would go into applications, find the app, and clear data. Not all apps are codes for gingerbread. Talk to the developers, don't blame HTC/Android/Sprint.

The streaming is working again, so far I didn't get the bogus voicemail alert, but Netflix still cant update itself. hopefully it will be able to get that done in the next 24hrs...
 
Installed the netflix apk which I had saved on my memory card. Netflix still asked for the update and it didn't work but if I hit cancel it will allow to stream. My evo seems slower now though
 
Netflix will have their app posted back to the market soon in my opinion. I'm sure Android developers is helping them to troubleshoot the problem.
 
Still nothing for me in LB, I pulled the battery and everything and it still hasnt popped up. Would checking over 3G possibly make it pop up?
 
Installed the update at about 2:30 am eastern time, I am still having the issue with sd apps in my folders showing the android icons, and the compass works only if your moving, standing still North is always to the left. I wish they would have addressed all these issues, I use my phone for geocaching, and without a working compass it sucks.
 
Update isn't anything to write home about. I'll just wait until December when my upgrade is due to get 2.4 and 3.0 sense. I am disappointed that sense 2.0 or 2.1 is not being considered for the Evo. If sprint got rid of the bloatware then 2.1 could fit on the Evo.

Correction, the compass works if holding the screen straight up and down in landscape mode, but while laying flat its useless.
