Thanks everyone for the sentiment, it is really appreciated! I find the members here a pleasure to be around and a generally helpful bunch. I am grateful to have been given the opportunity to fill this position. I would also like to thank my fellow Guides, our fearless (or is that fearful:rolleyes:) leader Frisco, the Mods, Phases and Rob for all the hard work that is put in every day!

I promise one day I will actually do some of it!;):D

Has anyone else noticed that only one Guide has complied with the request in the OP?

I'm reporting all of you (Guides, at least) as OFF TOPIC! :p

I've been a guide for about 2.5 months. I'm mostly a guy who helps newbies in my device forum and Android Lounge, Apps, and Games.

I have been a guide for a year now... not sure how long anymore, as my badge is faded from being washed after rolling in the mud for the mods and fris.... nvm :)

but any verizon phone i usually have my hand in, if there are any DX owners in here, and visit that forum regularly you know who i am :)

i created the Rogue Cell X theme with the help of faber's tutorial, and bouchigo's(previous guide) wisdom on .9's and installation methods, and for testing purposes, been a member since February 2010, though i didnt really hit a stride until i actually started posting until the DX came out, went from major newbie, to subject matter expert, and have seen numerous other users go from newbies, to subject matter experts as well, im proud to be a member of this forum. i learn something new everyday about people, or about a device. I will continue to provide the best answer i possibly can. Thank you to everyone who has helped me out, and made me into the member i am today.

Yeah... I only noticed that I never replied to the OP after Granite1 posted... oops!! :o:p:)

I've been green since mid(ish)-November last year... can't quite remember when, but I guess that's not overly important!

I tend to hang around in Intro's (as I never went in there when I joined, so I'm making up for it now), my device sub-forum and the unanswered threads (along with the odd bit of work on root stickies that we've all been involved in)! :)
 
thanks for the recognition! i have been a guide for a little over a month now, it is a great group. i have always considered these forums my "android home", and have come a long way since buying my first android 2.5 years ago. if it weren't for the information and hospitality of the guides, mods, and members then, i never would have made it to green status. :D
 
Going with the "rules " :p

I am guide since 3 weeks or so . I randomly answer stuff , handle Samsung/Odin related queries (few of them ..) ,made some ATR stickies ,haze Rico ,hang out at Forum Games :D & Computers & IT ,Anime Lounge .
ROM dev of my phone . Half-decent Scripter .

Though I would like to blame TxGoat if this idea is a failure :p :D
 
If it's not bad enough to be turned green, I now have to stand up here and take a bow for it.. sheesh Thanks a lot Rico! Seriously, it's a true pleasure having the chance to serve on such a caring team. I hope we serve you well and Frisco forgets where he laid his whip. :eek:

I hang out in the Motorola Triumph section, FORUM GAMES, and a few other areas. I also try to get work done with rolling out all the All Things Root stickies.

Also, I am the father of a 19mo old girl and have been happily married for almost 8 years.

Ive been a guide since sometime in November of last year...I think it was around the same time Frisco went mad and started drinking first thing in the morning:D
