Root A2Sd and Titanium Backup

I ran the A2SD scripts successfully, but TB is telling my that there are 70 apps that can be moved to sd card? Did A2sSD not work properly? Will moving the apps via TB mess up my A2SD script? I'm a recent convert from mybackup root so I have little experience with TB.

What's up with this?

*Edit - TB says I have 367mb of systom rom with 39.7 free.... is there anyway to free up more system rom?

When you open Titanium, you want to see if it has 3 bars or 4 bars at the bottom showing storage space. If you have 3, it did not install correctly. If you have 4, it's working. Your system rom space (I think) is the amount actually held for system storage and is not related to app usage. Flash an AOSP rom and you'll have lots of space....flash a 3.5 behemoth and it will take up almost all of it.

When you say you ran it successfully are you talking ran the command a2sd install or are you talking about flashing successfully

I used TB to sent those 70 apps to sd.... Took about an hour, then nothing would working onmy homepages (widgets etc.). So I moved them back the same way I moved them the first time and now everything is fine.

I have 4 bars at the bottom.. the top bar is nearly full with the the bottom 3 nearly empty. I'm assuming this is Mik3.0 taking up all the space in the top bar? Is there any way to trim the fat there?

I'm new to this program and with everything working great for me with My Backup Root I had no intention on switching... But now My Backupis giving me trouble. I'm looking to do my first backup with TB but there are sooo many options, do I check them all and run it? And do you suggest buying the pro key?

A2SD reinstall [reboot]
A2SD cachesd [reboot]

everything went fine

Sorry about all the the repeat posts, I don't yet know how to quote multiple peoplpe in one post:)

ok good those are the right commands. you should be good to go.

and to do multi quotes in AF look at the bottom and you will see the + symbol surrounded by a comic book quote symbol. select that and do the same for as many quotes you want. and the last quote you will actually select quote. this should allow you to multi-quote. i hope i make sense its late for me. lol

When I hit menu-batch it brings up a bunch of backup options.. should I use this function and if so which ones do I check?

If I "click to edit filters" it brings up more boxes to check, do I click all of them?

What is the standard backup for when I choose to backup all my apps and data before flashing a new rom (or for that oh sh!t moment)?

i only do a backup of all user apps. and when i restore i restore all apps with data. i then scroll down and make sure that none of the apps are in red. these are system apps which you do not want to install. and also make sure that the app+data is checked as well.

just make sure that you do not restore system data which will make your rom very unsatble.

Ok, running my first backup now. I can see, once I learn how to use TB, that there are a lot more advantages over MyBackupRoot.

Cheers mate!
