How have you adjusted previous years? lol I hate when we go from DLST to Standard Time (not sure what the abbreviation is) :(

It's also DLST - Day Light Spending Time ;) :D

I like falling back, gaining an hour... Love it.
Though, it does mess up the sleep schedule. I think you just gotta power through that.

Boo I'm totally gonna forget and either get less than my mandatory 6 hours sleep or be an hour late to work :(, nothing like working at 7am on Sundays :)

What you could do, your next day off before you "spring forward", move your clocks forward an hour and just make sure you don't screw up your work schedule until it's time to spring forward.

Yea thought about that also. If I didn't have to work Saturday morning as well it would work. As is I might do it anyway when I get off Saturday

I thought we're going back to Standard Time this Sunday? Doesn't that mean we LOSE an hour? O.o

I'm a bit indifferent to the whole DST thing. Doesn't phase me in the least bit. However, I do like the extra hour of sunlight for warm breezy nights in the summer.

I have no problem with the time changes, I have a problem with the timing of the change. Who chose 2AM on Saturday? I would rather we "fall back" at 7:00 AM on Monday and "spring forward" at like 3:30 PM on Friday. That way I would gain an hour of weekend in each case.:D

Now, T H A T is an excellent point!

If you ever decided to get in on the political side of your local government, I think you just found a platform ;)

Yeah, where my folks live in IN, they're right on the border of Est/Ctr timezones. It was fought in the local politics constantly about redrawing the line. For the first few years they lived there, I had no idea what time it was there :o

Being from Indiana I remember before we switched to DST, it was confusing as hell when figuring out what time it was in a different state.

It sucks to lose the hour but I never get enough sleep anyway. ;)

Here is the bummer. Yesterday my local power co decided change out the meter on my home. I had to reset the time on all the dang clocks in the house knowing full well I'd be doing it again today. On the plus side, my ancient vcr has religiously flashed 12:00 for years completely oblivious to DST.

This time change went pretty well.... Don't feel too tired like I usually do. I guess I'll see how well I sleep tonight and get up tomorrow.... Hoping that it all goes well.
