Sprint doesn't roll out the updates, so itll start the rollout to all nexus 5's today. You may not get it for a week or two through due to the rollout (described above here).
Sprint just announced it because they had a marketing incentive to let people know spark was here.

Sprint Spark combines 4G FDD1-LTE at 800 Megahertz (MHz) and 1.9 Gigahertz (GHz) and TDD1-LTE at 2.5GHz spectrum, TDD-LTE technology (2.5GHz), and carrier aggregation in the 2.5GHz band. These spectrum assets, technology and architecture are designed to deliver a seamless customer experience via tri-band wireless devices. Tri-band devices, named for their ability to accommodate multiple spectrum bands, support active hand-off mode between 800MHz, 1.9GHz and 2.5GHz, providing data session continuity as the device moves between spectrum bands."

I haven't seen a report from anyone receiving it yet. Per the normal google rollout 1% of devices get it in the first timeframe.
The carrier doesn't matter, as Google is the one pushing the updates.

The only thing that matters to me is when Google plans to release the source for 4.4.3. That's it.

Yeah no sightings of it on G+, twitter, here, or Xda yetat the sprint forum they are waiting too. there was some grumbling as how sprint jumped the gun at the time of 4.4.2 too.

should have seen the xda yesterday. mods were locking threads right and leftI hate it when a date comes out regarding an update, the wait and the "Is it here yet?" threads are painful
. only one sticky thread allowed now 30 pages long that reads like an iphone thead :thrasher:
