Anniversary

I was fortunate enough to grow up with loving parents that only death severed their marriage. I have been lucky enough to marry a woman that has the same beliefs in marriage and today we celebrate our 49th year of that union. Four children and a lot of financial struggle sums up our time together. She is a good person and a real treasure to share life with.

I know that each has a unique story to tell. What is your anniversary story?

Me and my wife have been married for 33 years since May 5th 1989.
No children but we love each other and happily married.
Arguments? Disagreements? Sure.
Name a marriage without.
Stick by each other and have fun.
One for all and all for one. :) Marriage for me has been each trying to put the best foot forward. Couples are never in total agreement. The compromise is what makes the team the best it can be. Congrats on 33 years of blend. I bet you have made her a better person and she has returned the favor.

...i did just this month have my 25th year Anniversary at my job.
That's a hell of an achievement nowadays! My cousin and I were just talking about that last month, when she hit her 45th year at UCLA--she started working on-campus while an undergrad there, and never left. NO ONE seems to do that any more. It seems like people hop from job to job like grasshoppers jump from one plant to another. I really admire you for hitting this milestone. Good for you! :)

We met in 1986 and immediately hated each other's guts. In 1987 we went on a road trip together, on a dare, and discovered we had more in common than we'd ever imagined... and something we'd never had expected: an incredible, undeniable chemistry.

We married in 1990. This December will mark my 32nd anniversary with the Darling Bride.

Hope you had a great anniversary @olbriar !

well Aug 27th will be the 1st anniversary with my Z Fold 3. after the initial screen malfunction, my phone has been rock solid so far. i was going to dump my phone for an upgrade in the Fold 4, but my girl is just to good to let go. plus the new one is not much of an upgrade which she is very happy to hear. i told her though that it might be different next year and that she better behave if she wants to see a 2nd year:p:cool::p

oh and congrats on your anniversary. i can't imagine having a phone for that long:goofydroid::goofydroid::goofydroid::goofydroid:

Go bro! My first wife and I had 38 less one month before she died. Been married again for 3.5 years. God bless you, bro!
My parents were married 27 years before my mother passed. My father then married a widow woman with grown children. They enjoyed 26 years of marriage before my father died. Life sometimes brings some sharp turns. I'm happy that you and my father cornered well.

Mine did too, they celebrated their 25th ages ago, on Christmas morn, in 1977.. I would also bestold someone that I adore too, also her family I too have the similar emotions over. :) My father died of lung cancer, we saw to his later on days on end, he passed on March, twenty-sixth, 1:10 p.m., I was in the waiting room watching a nature show with one of my great friends, who did work in the car dealership with my mother first, but we bounded over bowling..
