If Google insists on X'ing (pun intended) out the microSD card slot, then it won't be a competitor in my eyes...LOL.

Exactly! Which is why the S4 and the Note 3 are on top of my list. If Google continues with this little storage and non-removable battery nonsense, this will be another phone I'll skip.If Google insists on X'ing (pun intended) out the microSD card slot, then it won't be a competitor in my eyes...LOL.

True and with Motorolas past history of messing up bootloaders and over the roof sky high prices and I am not expecting anything that would be groundbreaking and or placing the device on a must have list.If Google insists on X'ing (pun intended) out the microSD card slot, then it won't be a competitor in my eyes...LOL.

Apple, prff. I see nothing they can produce that Android doesn't have for quite some time now. Android manufactures can produce highly innovated designs that give Apple a run for its money. But with that said and out of the way, Google needs to get its head out of the sand. The Nexus brand is a perfect example. It is supposed to be top of the line and show what can be done on Android, but to me that's bull, especially with the lack of a sd card. Folks like to have a sd card, this cloud stuff is fine and dandy, but I still want a sd card slot. The Nexus brand should have everything under the sun that technology and software is at, but it doesn't. With no sd card slot, its no wonder that now one can't move apps to a sd card since there is none in the flagship series and its not a top priority now.Apple doesn't use one either, so its not lacking features of its competitor ...which makes it competitive.
I can agree wholeheartedly with this. The asethetics of the phone has to appeal to the people. Many think design is not important but you would be surprised how important that plays when one first see his or her phone for the first time.

You're right, but the Iphone also has 3 different models based on how much storage you need. 32gb at least for me is the sweet spot, just enough space for all my apps and especially my music and podcasts.
I know the SIII has a 32gb model but unfortunetly BB didn't offer it in their lineup at the time when I purchased the 16gb model. I believe it's only available through Sprint and now Amazon? Thankfully Samsung still offers an SD slot where you can transfer all your media.
Yeah but apple don't have sd slots. So you can easily go to wal mart and purchase a 32GB or 60GB and place it in your phone. And you'd be set for life I purchased my 32 gig for about 30 or 40 bucks. It's no different from internal memory. But you can't move some apps over to your sd, which that shouldn't be a big deal considering you have 16GB internally. I only have 1.2 GB internally(evo design 4g) and it works great for me. So I definitely recommend it.
grrrrr...

Never storage issues
Every time I said I was done with Samsung they always came out with an amazing phone right before my upgrade that made me decide to give them another try. After I got burned with my 6th samsung phone in a row I finally made the jump to htc and now after my 3rd htc phone I'm still more than completely happy with them. They've earned my business and support and I plan to stay with them for a while yet.
I usually upgrade every year just to keep current hardware, and my family fights over my old phones. I actually talked a friend into an S3 based on the reviews and his was a lemon. Never again.
My 4g lte is rock solid. It's really a great device.
I believe it was the N400, instinct, moment, epic4g and...
I guess there were only 4. Seemed like there were a few more in there. I will say I loved every one of them the day I got them though.
whoa the N400, one of my first phones and a blast from the past. (i actually like it since it reminded me so much of a star trek communicator) lolI believe it was the N400, instinct, moment, epic4g and...

I would not mind if they did this at all. Even if the current Note 2 were only 5 inches, I might have even liked it better than the current one (...well, probably not, but still would've been fine with it). Ultimately, it could cut down on production for them, especially if they come out with the Note 7.
With the "rumors" and existing Note lineup, they'd have the 5 inch phone, 6-6.3 inch phone, 7-8 inch Note Tablet, & 10 inch Note tablet. I can even see them bumping up the 10 inch to 11 inch, just like the ATIV Windows 8 tablets. Having a 5 inch and 6+inch phone would help them compete with Sony that'll have both sizes in 2013. Next year is going to be interesting and seems like it'll be a transition year for "new" concepts.
You're like the brother I never knew. You know, even though I had been a diehard HTC person since the HTC Mogul, I never thought that I'd come back to Samsung (just because of my family member's Instinct and all the horror stories I heard of with the US Android offerings). I say that because, ironically, my very first Smartphone was a Samsung i500 PDA phone. It was extremely limited, but served so many functions that were important to me. Even funnier is that it came with an integrated stylus!...LOL...Go figure that I'm back with Samsung again, after they started to increase the amount of US support on their Android phones, and I'm actually happy with the choice I made. I haven't had this many people ask about my phone, since I first got my EVO. And because I'm way more familiar with Android now, I'm not as shy about showing off all the functions (including the immediate distinction of being able to customize the lock screen and use a 3rd party launcher to make the interface look so different than any other Android phone...without even having rooted yet).
I like this one, especially if the overall dimensions remain close to the SGS III.
Now you got me looking at "whatifs" DREX,even though I already have a perfectly good phone.......:banghead:
Here's another one just for you DREX(3rd time's the charm they say).........
Samsung Galaxy Note 2 coming in black
You're like the brother I never knew.
THIS is my timeline as well.
The Samsung i500 - must give props to those great phones during their time.
