Any other Note 2 owners have 2 phones.....

for the heck of it? Meaning that you like the gadgets, so you have 2 different phones working?

I have the IPhone 5, but the Note intrigued me so much that I opened a line on my shared data plan just to get the phone. Thinking I would more than likely try it out for 14 days and then return it. I don't think it will be possible, as it is awesome in so many ways.

iPhone 5 great, and I am on an Apple ecosystem, but this Note 2 is something else! Having a blast with it....

So who else is toting 2 devices?

Note II > a rock > iPhone

That's just my personal opinion from years of experience with both Android and iOS...and rocks.

Welcome to the Android master race. Take the time to learn Android and it will be very rewarding.

;)

Here's another with 2 phones......well actually 1 1/2.
1st Note 2 - 2nd 4S - but I'm letting someone use my 2nd line temporarily.
I added the 2nd line so I could get the Epic 4G Touch.

I usually have several, at the moment I have a garnet red S3 and Huawei Ascend D1 Quad XL in addition to the Note 2. Expect I will get the Nexus 4 in due course too. Note 2 is the only one that can be my main daily driver though.

I'm using a TMo Defy for my at&t account, and the Note 2 for my TMo account...was using at&t Note 1 for 2nd at&t line until I found it a new home.

The beautiful thing about the Note 2 for me, is that it's all I need. Without it I would have to carry;

Mobile Phone
MP3 Player
'An Internet' (as my nan would call it)
Portable TV/DVD Player
Notepad
Pocket Calculator
Multiple newspapers
Many photo albums
Digital Camera
video camera
calendar
PSP
weather station
Sat-Nav
Torch
Painting Easel
Stack of world/country/city maps (complete with photos of many of these places)
Pedometer
Many Books
Catalogues from hundreds of shops
Translator
Scanner
Drawing Pad
Bus Ticket (Yes, I have an App for that...)
Barcode scanner
Every Nationwide Bus Timetable
All my bank statements
FM radio
TV Guide
Encyclopaedias
Many Pens

...And I simply don't have the space for it all!!!

There's probably more but that's the majority of what I use this thing for on a regular basis. Now if anybody can be arsed totalling the cost of all of the above, when bought individually, I think we'll see that this thing, for

Which one is your primary?
My s3 is my primary, Note 2 will be for 2nd personal phone, and iPhone is work phone I have to carry during the work day.

S3 and Note 2 are far far better than iPhone. Note 2 is perfect for me, but S3 is an outstanding device still, would highly recommend to anyone - most versatile for anyone looking for a standard smartphone. :)

Where I live we have a chain of shops that give free talktime for purchases. I put that SIM in my iPhone 4S and use that to make non-important calls.

Note 2 is of course the primary one.

At present I have 3 working phones.
S3 VZW
S3 AT&T
Note2 AT&T

I had to downsize. At one time I had 5, but it was way too costly, and everyone who knew me thought I was nuts.:o

Thanks for the replies, so does everyone choosing to have multiple phones do it because they need multiple phone lines, or you just like the different gadgets? If your work requires it that is one thing, just trying to find out who is paying for an extra phone line because they love the devices! I am thinking about keeping 2 going, because I love the Note 2 and IPhone 5, but I don't "need" 2 lines....

Thanks
EricE

I currently have the note 2 for sprint and s3 for Metro pcs. Metro had much better Internet speeds in my area so I tend you use that. However since I got the note 2 I started tethering my 4g from metro to my note 2. I pay for both lines however I consider my note 2 to be more of a work phone since I do graphic design.

Unless you all need them for separate things, work, play. You all are crazy!:p
Then again, I have more ATV than people in my family, more cars than drivers, more TV than members in my family...
Never mind, guess you all are normal like me.

I don't need 2 lines but since my line wasn't yet eligible for upgrade I added another line to get the phone I wanted.

I officially have 1 of my 2 note 2's. 2nd will be delivered Tuesday. This ish is amazing. I've been browsing for 1 straight hour and percentage has dropped 7 percent within that hour. Been using the phone between medium to heavy since 130pm. I'm at 61%....SO happy my Samsung battery charger kits got in last week. I didn't even have to open the charger...lol.

We're an extremely mad family. Both my husband and I have 3 phones each (I would have 4 but I have lent the 1st PAYG phone without sim to a friend). Two of each of the phones are on contract and the other 1 each are PAYG. We have them as we got Motorola Razr Droid on good deal in January (basically being paid to have the phones) but then Note 2 came out and we didn't want to wait another year for contract to be renewed so I pay for one set of contracts and hubby pays for the other set.

On top of that, between us and out 8 year old son, we have 3 netbooks, 1 laptop and 4 tablets.

Mad, most definately - gadget mad!

I love my Note1 but dropped it on its face and cracked the glass. Whilst away for repair I got the Note 2 and Note 10.1...
gotta love those big screens...

I carried a G2 and an iPhone 4, the iPhone 4 is my work phone and has always been my go to phone. I upgraded my G2 to the Galaxy Note II and now my iPhone seems like a piece of garbage....I can hardly stand to use the thing anymore. I've been die hard ios for the last 4 years and my Android experience with the G2 was terrible, but this phone has converted me.
