Anyone Using Swype? What Do You Think.

Yeah it's great I've used it for quite a while it's probably the #1 app for android imo. First on the Eris now the Inc (wife has Eris and loves it as well) :)

Totally hooked. By far the fastest means of typing with a little bit of practice, and it seems to be VERY smart about picking the right words. If it requires me to buy it in the future, I will.

Agreed, can't even text without it anymore. The day I was without it last week when it expired was the LONGEST day I've had since I got my Incredible.

I love it. There's no way I could go back to regular typing after this. I'm addicted to the crack and I'll pay whatever they ask so I can keep using it.

I would use it but i like to see google suggestions while typing

It doesn't seem to remember stuff either which would be nice on these tiny KBs, the less I have to type on it the better. Am I missing something, does it keep a history?

Other than that it's great once you get used to it.
Text messaging with full complete words, imagine that! I ws jst gting usd to the 3 lter stuf:(

I really liked it, until it stopped working when I started using a 2nd battery. Swype is linked to your hardware ID which apparently changes when you switch your battery. As far as I can tell, using more than one battery is impossible.

I'm also apprehensive relying on something that might be difficult or impossible to obtain once the beta ends. The developer has said they don't intend to sell Swype on the market and will only be selling it to OEM's.
