I'm totally at home now with 10.1. I'm going to do some searching and see if there are different kernels and tweaks i can use on this ROM. My phone is just like my nexus 7 tablet now!! Thanks

Nope not a bug... I think its because the camera with new photosphere mode won't take video it force closes. so they added the regular camera so u can record regular video
