ok, lets get back on topic here lol. Fuzzy, i still need to work on your file, have not found the time.

For those having issues installing CWM touch, this is how i got it to work:

-Download both CWM Touch 6.0.0.0 and the LG-Esteem-Revo_AIO.zip
-Open CWM touch installer>Files>and copy 'cwmrecovery'
-Now open the LG Esteem AIO>Files>and paste the 'cwmrecovery' inside both MS910 and VS910 (maybe is not necessary on both, just do it!) and replace the ones inside of both folders
-Launch the Root_n_Recovery batch file and choose option 2. Let it do its thing and voila

I came here looking for a solution to back menu button disabled, and I got cwm touch :D
I love this forum :3

It's just sharing a link, one of which is in this very thread. I think Credit should be given when you make an actual thread dedicated solely to these files with instructions on how to install.

I don't give credit everyone i share an old link #2 rom cause they know where it came from.

still need to post credits or else people will think u actually made them ;)

i posted assuming everyone knew what we were talking about and where the links came from.

Besides it was a lot easier to say "here are the links and do this to fix the issue" than say "go back to the first/second page of this thread, look for PG's post, find the link, find this other 2 links on his webpage, then do what i did to fix the issue", dont we all think so? :D

do i still need to post credits?

lol except maybe PG posted the links the way he did for a reason ;) lol

Appreciate you helping folks tho ;) I found n fixed the issue in the bat and as soon as dev-host will let me upload I will edit update the link(s). ;)

figured out what the issue was... you all need to switch to linux lol

But I fixed the issues in the bat, I miss where I had edited it for a diff device and it was writing to data on the Esteem. Sorry about that folks, new being file uploaded and linked updated.
yea and it was my fault wasnt it ole buddy ole pal lol

yup for being on winbloze :P

Yea but maybe I didnt want em directly linked on here ;) not to mention wont work once I get it upload n link updated ;)

We all don't see binary code everywhere like you. I see a tree. You see 0110001011100 haha

I like my Winbloze :D

I hate winbloze. It costs waaaay too much for the amount of errors I get (one of the most annoying is "You need administrator permission to do this or that" even though I AM the admin...)

But, I use it because all of the programs I use are written for it.
Such as Steam and Origin.
I use my computers for gaming, so Windows will have to do :(
So many flaws for such a high price.

Yea, M$ needs to follow Apples lead on OS pricing, $19.99 for the new Loin ;)

No problem :D
Superuser had it figured out.
Cwm touch is so much faster
I'm used to waiting 10 minutes for a full system restore, but cwm touch did it in like 3 or 4.
Or was that me D:
Either way, it's a lot better
