I'm used to waiting 10 minutes for a full system restore, but cwm touch did it in like 3 or 4.

I havent noticed any time differences when backing up or restoring. If anything it feels longer. Either way don't matter to me. I've got nothing but time.

It seemed faster to me, but it might of been slower.
Like I said, either way, it's a lot better.

adb is included in the installer(s), no need to install the sdk to use em, tho IMO anyone messing with Android should have the sdk installed n setup correctly ;)

Yeah i like it. It's smooth for sure. It's nice to change it up every nite and then.

Only thing i don't like is the updater script on flashes is off. Notice that?

No, I haven't flashed anything yet.
I installed it right before I went to bed, only thing I flashed was my backup.
