The Royals could have won tonight but their *cough* closer *cough* *cough* gave up two runs in the top of the nineth. Naturally it was asking far too much of the Royals to put up an answering run or two in half an inning with the top of the order at bat.

its the Rockies, but Kershaw just pitched 6 innings with 0 runs, 2k and 1 walk. he is the only one that is holding the pitching crew together. now i hope the bullpen can hold their end up and get him a win.

My Padres had another disappointing loss, can't believe we lost to the Pirates....... well actually i can with the way we've been playing

what is this? i have been so busy listening in on the latest free agent signing for my LA Lakers that i forgot the Boys in Blue had a game today. it was nice to see that Bobby Miller got in some pitching practice. i also liked that Mookie Betts committed to batting practice as well going 4 for 4 with 2 homeruns.

what is this? i have been so busy listening in on the latest free agent signing for my LA Lakers that i forgot the Boys in Blue had a game today. it was nice to see that Bobby Miller got in some pitching practice. i also liked that Mookie Betts committed to batting practice as well going 4 for 4 with 2 homeruns.

His leadoff homer made me laugh out loud. The KC announcers were bragging up their called up pitcher before the game. Mookie was the first ML batter he faced and he took him out in left field with two strikes.

well that was a terrible 1st inning for Julio Urias 1st game back from IR. 5 runs on 30 some pitches. he ended up pitching only 3 innings....probably was on a pitch count.

He didn't look right that first inning. He looked better the more he pitched. That balk was certainly out of character. Top of the nineth, down two, and working with your last out....

wow losing to the Royals now that is a new low.....no offense @olbriar . Gonsolin did not last 3 innings. we need a new picthing staff, starters and bullpen alike. they are so inconsistent.

and we have a potent offense, but they tend to fall asleep during games sometimes.
