Root Battery Life Horrible! HELP??

I'm on the most recent #2 rom and i only get 2 hours of battery. Could someone please point me somewhere to something that will get me the most battery life possible? I tried all the battery life tips. ALL OF THEM. Please help?

I selected the hybrid version with the lte test application settings which is lte and cdma. Still 2 hours :/

A lot of things come up . All the #2 downloads. Which one of these specifically

Post up a screen shot of your extended battery graph. Click battery usage then the graph at the top for full view.

That way we can get a little more info of what the phone is doing.
