Root Best Overall Rom

Hello everyone,

I just recently got an HTC Evo 4g and it is my first Android phone. Of course being the person I am I immediately had to try to tinker with it. First thing I did was root it of course and now I am wanting to boot a custom ROM.

So basically my question is What is the best ROM overall?
For things like smoothness, speed, customization and little to no errors.

mik3D is awesome its no joke definitely try it out.

Also you can check out (which is one of my favorites of all time) Calkulin's EViO 3 1.0 ROM - definitely worth a try but don't forget to check on mik3D!

If you're looking for speed and and smoothness, then I would go with MikG

If your looking to customize your phone to the max, I would go with Myn's Synergy RLS 1

how is that Calkulin's Rom??? u run a kernel or script with it?? im at the point where i dont really care what ROM im using as long as my battery life is good....

Calkulin's is based off of Sense 1.0. In my experience with the his roms, they are extremely fast and reliable. You'll probably get better battery life with this rom since it is based off of Sense 1.0 and with a custom kernel, even better battery life

might have to give that one a try....dunno which kernel to use with it but maybe start with more freedom and see how that one goes....bout to flash synergy RLS1 + godmode with more freedom and see how that works first...thanks for the input on the ROM :D
