Root blackdroid has released Ultimate 3.7

its really smooth, everything is fluid, i didn't remove launcher2, but i did just use stock home. 5 screens, fluid, nice. I like how swype keyboard like zooms and fades in or out. so nice. so far this tops petes

You will lose a little of the "smoothness" if you use the launcher 2 but it is not that bad. I agree with Fabulous. If you are using stock home, it is not that different than Pete's rom. I think part of my love for this rom is the "Droid" labeled launcher...that's a nice touch! :D

You have to download the kernel you want and then rename it to update.zip (if not already named that...it won't work if you don't name it update.zip!). Then follow the instructions below (located in the rom post).

Update.zip Installation Info & Instructions:
-Download update.zip
-Place update.zip on the root of sdcard
-Reboot into recovery
-Install
-Allow update.zip installation
-Install /sdcard/update.zip (deprecated)
-Enjoy!

yeah, that is a winner for me - as well as the dots indicating which screen you're on....

but the smoothness of it as well - it is so very pretty. I am about to take screen caps, and the glassy effects of the apps is mind numbing.
