Root Blacked screen rooted

I rooted my phone a while back, yesterday I did the soft reset (like an idiot) and now the only thing that will show is the LG logo and black screen after that. I have installed flash_image, and gapps on the root of the SD card. when I try to flash using ADB it get an error device not found. When I try to add the device there is nothing like its not connect to the computer at all.

If anyone could please help.

Make sure you have Optimus v drivers installed on your computer.
