Root [Boost Mobile] Project Infinity **COMMING VERY SOON**

Some lag, Few freeze ups, But, remember, my phone is one of the worst ones ZTE made!!!
Could be the phone, NOT the rom!! I'm considering buying a new one.

ah, i know the first boot freee/lag is from creating the swapfile.. still working on getting init.d to run early

Iam working on an Infinity Kernel Update. bring it up to ver 2.
cleaning things up a bit, removing things, adding some things. even smaller memory footprint. more responsive. faster!! and hopefully get wifi working

Is there any difference between the most recent version of the kernel posted (zcwmkrnl.zip) and the one used in your ROM?

So is this kernel gonna be for better internet/data speed or speed of the phone?if for better data when will it be ready if not ill stay with dtm kernel

Download it and test it for yourself. It's faster than DTM's 1.8 by a smidge, but it's still a beta. DTM's kernel's are stable.;)

It won't boot just stays on boost screen

i know of this issue, its because of an init script creating the swapfile the first time. if you pull the battery. you will be fine. or you can wait it out. once i get init.d running early it will go away

iam planning to make it all around better. this is still a test release

its actually not an issue with the kernel, the the kernel on stock and you will see what i mean. its something in the rom. probably sysctl tweak for net speed

i did some digging, and found that certain versions of BFQ also break Wifi.. i had a suspision

I think it has to do with slqb. I'll run some tests and commit.
Edit
Tests conclude my original hypothesis, SLQB was the cause. Maybe some bad code. I'll compare against what we talked about ;)
