I've found holo locker as a system app, I have to clear the data on it every now and then. I don't think its quite up to spec yet, IMO

I like the milocker loock but i havnt gotten it but i like the theme selection for it

Did a little fix on Xperia for a more ICS look
And I'm unsure if i want to keep holo locker or not i might actually look for a more ICS one where it has more options

I like the new experia look. I say go with milocker and link people to the options for themes. More customization will make it more apealing for new users
