I seem to get my home screen in an overview mode where the icons float around the window and jump when I move the phone around. How am I getting to that mode? I don't know what I'm doing but I would like to be able to do it on demand. Thanks,

So far, I haven't had problems with texting or calling. Because the stock messaging app does not do reminder notifications, I use Handcent SMS app. I also like the configuration options it has. Anyway, I tested it just now using the stock messaging app and still no problems. The only trouble I have with calling is not with the phone, it's with my hearing. I wish I could increase the in-call volume. Other than that, no trouble.Ok what about v6

I like the lyrics in the music app also, but I don't listen to music very often so it's no big deal either way. However, it is very cool to be able to accurately sing along. I've even learned I've been singing the wrong words for 40 years in some songs.Man, I have to say that although this looks great (well done buddy), I REALLY like the music player with the tunewiki lyrics built in. Are we going to lose that on the next update? I never used the built in player prior to this and now that I have it I really hate to see it go because it's so cool.

Where did that music app come from anyway? Is it on the market?
Is your ringtone on the sd card? If so, try moving it to the /system/media/audio/ringtones folder and setting the permissions correctly. It might show up twice in the selection menu unless you remove it from the sd card. The ringtones in that system folder are .ogg format but I've dropped .mp3 files and they were picked up in the menu.Well not its working good and fine w/o problems...i think it was something to do with the tower/signal where i live since my mom has a blackberry and she was having the same problem but now it all seems to work.
Only problem is tht when i reboot the phn...i lose my ringtone idk why.
I forgot to mention that a restart is required for the phone to recognize the mp3 file you put in the system ringtone folder. I edited the previous post.Is your ringtone on the sd card? Note: You will have to restart the phone for the system to pick up the new ringtone you put in the /system/media/audio/ringtones folder.
Did you make a copy of the original so you can revert to it and test your theory?I had deleted the added in tweaks tho so that could actualy be my issue
