Im kind of having problems with the phn in making calls/send text. But the internet seems to b working fine.
 
Use rootexplorer and go to system folder you'll see Build.prop long press scroll to "open in text editor" scroll down until you see additional tweaks by ApolloStar2109 delete everything after that

What tool are you using to measure the speeds? I'm using speedtest.net by ookla. I'm getting a high as 930 kbps and a low of 130 kbps with about 200 kbps being the most prominent speed.
 
I get a signal drop maybe 2 times a day but its usualy over fast my only issue is with pic messages with go sms idk how well they work in stock mmessaging tho
 
But we cant roam on boost so just your standard service list then? Where do i check it i know theres how tos n all but i just wanna look not edit so im sure one quick post about it should be alright since its already ben brought up

Prls are perfectly legal on here... it just controls what towers your phone is able to connect to and what service is available on each tower... you can check your prl under "about phone" in your settings menu... and you can change your prl to a sprint one by following this guide http://androidforums.com/showthread.php?t=480191

Okay so I called boost they said the tower I was on was a down tower told me to update (still says 61009) so let's see if they actually changed

Yeah they were just telling you crap cuz they assumed it would fix it. I had the same issue about 2 weeks ago. I started flashing different roms and it seemed like it fixed it for 5 minutes but nope. Had me call boost and reset / reactivate my phone. Idk what it really was cuz that didn't fix it. I started thinking my phone was crapping out. I just said owell and kept using my phone and occasionally updated prl and data and it started working right again on its own.
