Now I see boost has come out withe the "new Warp". 4.1.2 jellybean and all. Are we still gonna continue making that better, faster, and more awesome! Thinking I might get that!.....(gotta get my pump fixed first, then get better phone, then think about me).

Nah, ZTE is really hacky about their software and stuff. The Warp 3 would be a tough nut to crack. Besides, I've already decided I'm switching to the S2 as soon as I can get the money for it. Gonna get a refurbished one from Boost and I'm gonna stick PAC rom on it, or if I can get more than enough I'll get a brand new one. So my mind is made up on that one. I may "personalize" the phone though and see if anything I learn on the S2 can be applied to the Warp... As far as the Warp 3, it seems like a very great device according to all the 5 star reviews its already gotten. 4G LTE (not just a fancy icon :P), a great screen, great cameras... it's nice if I liked not being rooted. I can't live without root though :o

Screenshot still not working get this message, Error unable to save screenshot mBitmap=null.

Might wanna check your SD card and make sure its functioning right, I've always been able to screenshot, even now and I'm running 6.2. Try backing everything up to your computer and reformatting it

No more clear notification button running away I hope lol

Nope never again, though it does move a bit to the left sometimes but at least it wont ever shrink. I just cropped down the Recent Apps image which had a big transparent space to the right of it taking all the space for the Clear button. Problem shouldn't appear anymore in any release.

What's with the tinted notification bar? Mine is green on desktop and gray on some apps. Is that intentional?

Its translucent, on the desktop its green because thats the new default wallpaper color, and in some apps its gray because gray is the background color for those apps, and in others you will see its black (like the dialer). Its one step towards a KitKat theme, in actuality, because in KitKat the status bar background color changes based on the color scheme of the app you're in. So like the dialer has white with blue so the background changes to blue in the status bar with white icons (its minimal), and the messaging app is green so the status bar changes to green in that app. Its pretty cool :D I'm not sure if I'm gonna change the status bar back to black or not because I don't like when you pull it down, it looks a bit odd with translucent status bar then black toggles or whatever and then translucent background in the notificaions panel.

Interesting...was not aware. Keep up the great work!

is there a way to install updates without having to backup the data and reinstall the data from the backups? cuz it wipes everything. sigh.

There is a way, but the thing is that all the system level changes mess with old data, causing tons of user errors. If you want, you can go into the zip, go to META-INF/com/google/android/updater-script and open with Notepad++ or similar. Then just delete the line that says:

[HIGH]format("ext4", "EMMC", "/dev/block/mmcblk0p18");[/HIGH]

Then flash and it'll keep all your data. It MAY cause errors later on though.

6.12 is smooth, mms is fine. Would love to check out the updates, but this is my daily driver. I can't rebuild my phone daily... skinny, you ever think of getting a beta team together for testing instead of 8 releases per week? The updates are great and we all love seeing every change, but some of us can't flash every day... as much as we'd like to! By the way, the dialer theming rocks!

Thanks! And nah, I have the major releases in the main downloads section and then the testing section for those who can test because having a few people together can be unreliable sometimes. So I just made a testing section so if someone sees and can test, they can give results unlike with a set number of people, they may not be able to, delaying updates and fixes. Besides, that way there's no obscurity and if there's something y'all don't like y'all can tell me immediately.

If you're running HaloBean 6.2, I forgot to pull the new SystemUI with the clear button PERMANENT fix from my phone and add it to the rom zip (it was a quick ninjamorph edit). In the Downloads section, you will find I have posted the hotfix that can be flashed as an update so you won't lose data and you'll get the fix.

If you're not running HaloBean 6.2, and you're about to install, then flash HaloBean 6.2 first and then the update to 6.3/ hotfix, either after a reboot or right after the rom has finished flashing. If you do this, you WILL lose all your data that hasn't been backed up since you're still going through the regular rom installation (just trying to be clear :D)

Hotfix not working for me. All info in notification bar is gone and can't pull down menu.

EDIT: 2nd reboot seems to have fixed it. Status bar and pulldown menu are showing normally.

I like this approach.

I was on a beta team for oem and there were times when Merc would make a release available for us but because the phone was with my wife I was unable to immediately install it.
