I'm sure its been mentioned by now, but I have a problem with airplane mode not wanting to engage or disengage. Also affects wifi.... or vice-versa

Sometimes the phone won't turn airplane on or off w/o a reboot. The system setting menu show is hung on 'turning on' or 'turning off' airplane mode.

Same goes for wifi.

This has been an issue through several build versions of this rom. It seems to work fine after installing the rom, but slowly, it begans to hang more and more, until its an everyday thing.

Since I live outside of service, I turn the cell radio off, and wifi on, nearly every day. On some days it seems to work okay, but will need a reboot to actually get data throughput over wifi, and sometimes 3g, when re-entering service.

It is a test build and wasn't meant for public use. That's why i used testers this time to ensure everything worked fine. But, i didn't have enough time before someone got a hold of it. I wasn't expecting so mush eagerness but i messed up on my end by uploading it to goo.im

I got Holo Launcher down to 721kb from 724kb and also increased the speed. I removed Holo Locker and the option in settings. It causes to much lag on boot. added the rest of the power widgets as well just need to trouble shoot why they don't show up...
 
Shinru2004 has outdone himself yet again! Wow just wow, I'm certain this is hands down the fastest boot EVER! Also thank you to Downthemachine 4 the oc! Again thank you both and all involved!

Right on. I understand its still beta, so it not like in bitching about it, but just wanted to make you (or whoever) aware of the problems I've encountered, with hopes that it can be fixed at some point. Other than the airplane and wifi hanging issue, it seems to be pretty solid.

The only other issues I've seen are that my home button doesn't take me back to the default screen. It just backs me out of an app to which ever screen I was last viewing. Another press of home key does nothing. Once in a great while, it works, but 98% of the time it doesn't. Also, Holo locker seems to need re-enabled after nearly every reboot. And even when working, I often encounter the stock locker after unlocking with Holo locker. I don't know if that has anything with you work tho.

Other than those few things, I think it work very well. I like the rom well enough to deal with the bugs through 2 or 3 of the past builds... over the past 4-6 months. So I'm hoping my feedback helps you hammer this thing home.
 
I have been testing this rom, and understand it is not final. I have noticed that some of the settings don't stick unless rebooted, also the auto-rotate doesn't seem to stick. I have had no problem with data/wifi. Running it clocked at 1.4 sio/scary seems to be the best for me. Another issue I noticed, I wasn't able to change the order of widget buttons, or remove the ones I didn't want.

I'm only stating this as feedback, and understand this wasn't ready for release. I look forward to final release. You have really outdone urself.
 
It's probably a stupid question but is LoopySmoothness loaded on your phone's init.d tweaks? I've found that it causes many headaches on the toggle/settings/checkbox realms. If it is on your handset, simply go to /system/etc/init.d (or init.d2) and set all checkbox permissions on LoopySmoothness to Read and only read. Reboot. Hopefully fixes. :D

I checked and don't see it at all. This was a clean install and if it didn't come with the rom it isn't there. I haven't changed any tweak.

I have had this happen before. It's not ROM specific in my experience though. Usually happens when you call voice mail and hang up after listening to the message or the call gets dropped. Try leaving yourself a voice mail or have someone else do it, call voice mail, listen to message then press 7 to delete it. wait 2 seconds and hang up. Should remove the icon then.

BTW. Get better soon Shin. :)
